Sizing & Returns

●    Because all items are made to order, we strongly recommend reviewing the size chart on each product page before placing your order.

●    We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections or buyer's remorse.

●    If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact hello@merchloop.com for assistance.

Production & Shipping

●    Orders typically ship within 2–3 weeks of being placed.

●    All orders are produced and shipped from Las Vegas, Nevada.

●    Please allow additional transit time based on your shipping destination.

United States (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) - $5.95

Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico - $14.95 (customs and duties may apply at order pickup)

International - $60.00 (customs and duties may apply at order pickup)

International Orders

●    At this time, we are unable to ship to India.

●    For orders shipped outside of the United States, recipients may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not controlled by Vultr or Merchloop.
